Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns only for physically damaged products.

Return Eligibility:

  • The product must be physically damaged at the time of delivery.

  • You must inform us within 24–48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos and an unboxing video are required as proof.

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging.

Verification Process:

  1. Send product damage photos/videos to our support email/WhatsApp.

  2. Our team will verify the issue.

  3. If approved, we will arrange return pickup or guide you through the return process.


Refund Policy

  • After successful verification and return approval, the product amount will be refunded.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.


Non-Returnable Cases:

  • Minor color or design variations (due to lighting or screen differences)

  • Used products

  • Damage reported after the allowed time period
